Haquim arrived to the Ivory Tower under the Trump Palace, the main floor security was tight as usual, specially when dealing with the Scorge. He was very strict about security protocols, not exceptions and he expected to be scan as in the procedure, everytime.

After just three minutes he was in the elevator to the garden of statues where Gunn usually spent his watch playing chess with his Aedil, Ann Herbert. Haquim faced the unsettling experience of mirror of truth and finally got to the garden, one the demigodess medussa would have been proud of.


Gunn didn't even bother to salute, instead Ann, his Aedil came to meet the Scorge and ask him for what business brought the Scorge to this whereabouts. The answer was simple.
"I have to talk to Prince Bright. Confidential intel."

The Keeper of the Ivory Tower disliked Haquim very much, not only for being a filthy assasin but due to his priviledges to access to the Prince chamber with just that phrase. Ann on the other hand was covering the protocol to ask the visitor right away and protect her superior, the Keeper, Gunn.

Haquim left the oversized statues room called the Garden to the Prince Office at the end of the central north wing of the subterranean Elysium. Haquim has always felt overwhelmed by these underground compounds, with such little time in the city he wondered if the Camarilla could have done this without magic of some kind. All questions about the subject were denied an answer by the Prince and everyone else, assuring they don't know.

He thought about this everytime he came here, the 10 feet statues, the marble floor and walls were as luxurious as one could expect from Ventrues to be but no one can built something like this without someone knowing... or could they? if so the Prince Bright was even more scarier that he would recognized to himself.

The Hallway started to grow smaller as he walked down the Prince office, it was also disturbing the selection of shapes in this place. Rooms made so perfectly that illussions were cast into the Assamite's eyes diverting him from understanding distances and positions at all.
"Salaam alaikum" the assasin said and two dark shadows appear transforming into human like shapes. Seconds after transforming into his two guards protecting the Prince.

"Alaikum Salaam" the two answered in chorus.

"Anything remarkable?" Haquim asked.

"Yes Caliph. The woman Victoria is inside and the Nosferatu is also." the male of the two shadows said.

Haquim nodded and knocked in the coded fashion to be allowed inside.

The door opened and Haquim faced the Ventrue Seneschal who wasn't anything remarkable at all. William Randolph Geronte and Licor of Seneschal affairs in New York Princedom.

In the Ephorate Randolph was a acknowledge as a powerful and very influencial kindred, his Family was one of the wealthiest around the world and had a sit in the Bilderberg Group as a chairman. On his own he had enough money for a rapper to spent in three life times and enough allies or contacts to lever the earth out of its orbit. He was pressumibly elder than the Prince and felt with every right to rule over the city. However, in the Princedom, he barely had the respect of the Prince and his bunch of Assassins.

The Primogen Council selected him to keep an eye on the Prince but unfortunally it has resulted the other way around. So far every suspicious accusation had result false and generally backfire on the Seneschal to Prince Bright amusement. His predicament in this new position had greatly undermined his renown in the Gerusia and on every new night he is closer to demotion. Secretly every clan has offered a vampire as Seneschal of the Princedom but Bright prefers him than any other instead, vetoing such attempts.

Currently his opening doors for assassins and taking notes for a younger vampire that currently holds the title of Prince of New York City.

Haquim entered the room and at its center he kneeled before Prince Bright with more than enough reasons to ignore the rest.
"Your Majesty Prince Michael Bright, my Sultan. I'm yours to command."

Prince Bright received Haquim with the acostumed salutation and asked him to come closer. They needed to discuss some issues of importance after the Council of Primogens. Praetor Lady Victoria von Baden was also present, Prince Bright was always open to hear her advice, another conspiracy that few in the higher ranks of the Clan or the Camarilla for that matter were aware of.

Michael has insisted to have a talk with the Nosferatu alone, he'd also remain by his side until investigations were over and had been properly compulsed by the Prince himself to be oblivious of all details while he was in the royal chamber. Of course he wanted to make sure this wasn't another trick from the Sabbat and also learn the specifics that are locked in the nosferatu's subconciouss.

Lady Victoria had listen everything the nosferatu had to say, as a Master of the Art of Domination, secretly a pupil of Prince Bright in that art, she was very aware of the functions of the inconsciouss mind and very cappable of constructing strange structures inside her victims. With their join efforts they were cappable to bring back the Nosferatu to any timeline in his past to revive the terrors he had to endure. Michael would be kind enough to arrange an apointment with the Shrink once he had made the announcements of the matter.

Haquim said.
"Are we going to war?"

Michael smiled at the Assamite while the Nosferatu was mind absent listening to nothing and aware of nothing.
"There is an army surrounding the nosferatus underground Haquim. They are preserving the Nosferatu's corpses in coccons and we don't know if their magic is strong enough to turn those into their own to attack us later with a greater force. Imagine the city flooding with a nosferatu rampage on the street. That'll be the End."

Victoria felt authorized to talk and said.
"Dear Sire Prince Bright, the situation is complex when external forces are involved. Even if that army's sole purpose if to destroy the Nosferatu, this would result unacceptable for the Inner Circle and for other cities alike. You have concentrated your greater allies in this city and now we need for the Justicars to come and help, for other cities to come and help us against this threat and share the consequences."

Prince Michael was very aware of the issue. Xavier of Calais wasn't speaking greatly of the Princedom of New York and many of his own Sire most powerful allies had come to help here. One possible solution was to ask his Sire to act as an Embassador in the Gerousia or even more to talk in the Inner Council of the Circle in his favor. This might however to blow their cover about the two Hardestadt being yet existing.

However, Bright has brought Haquim to his chamber to explore another path.
"Bring this man with you to Enoch and ask for their advice. The Tal'mahe'Ra must partake in the influence of our kindreds in other regions and make the Council favor us in this plead."

Haquim took the nosferatu in one arm and before leaving he said.
"My Sultan I've an information of great importance for you. The Gangrels are rising a Ventrue as one of their own."

Prince Bright's mind was release from the burden of the big scenario and the complexity of the situation to focus completely in Haquim's words. His eyes only said 'elaborate'. Victoria was shocked unable to react except for her indignation hand over her chest.

Haquim continued.
"As you know there was a Sabbat attack with one survivor under the Gangrel custody. She is the mortal daughter of Hell Song and for his disgrace she is not a Gangrel. Last night I found out that she is indeed a Ventrue."

Victoria intervined.
"And yet you didn't come at once to give us that information?"

Haquim replied.
"A woman can't understand how we feel about our brothers in arms, he needed time to tell the Prince himself. I thought he had informed his own Primogen and in tonight's council the issue would be on the table."

There was tension for a few seconds while Michael was yet to speak.
"Yes, the issue was brought during the council tonight." it was a lie but yet an official lie that he'll have to discuss personally with the Gangrel Primogen and Hellsong in person.
"That's your next mission Victoria. Take care of this issue and make the fledgeling ready for my approval in ten nights starting tomorrow."

Victoria was astonished by the Prince order but dared not to object. She simply bowed and then Bright said.
"You're all dismissed."
