Hercules and Izaya went through the main hall struggling with the plagues around them. Once there Izaya had to jump off when the huge mastiff started to roll over himself trying to get rid of the countless monsters harassing him. While at it a few vermin were crush into the ground, others spin off, others also being chewed as Hercules cried and swiped like crazy all those he could strike.

The whirlwind like dog was out of control, shaking vermin and blood in the ugliest dog fight of the century...

The bat like monster flapped off releasing Izaya from her grip, trying to avoid to fall with him but the strong grip of the Gangrel dragged the monster down and both started to tumble rolling on the floor. Still over Izaya many rats and other creatures annoyed him to the brink of frenzy; the key still on his mouth cling with his teeth.

The key socket was a few yards away, a gap between two statues where the morning star would fit and then level down to open the passage out of the church.

The Slachtza ferociously roars at Izaya rampaging against him with both pairs of claws, tip of the wings and paws. The brutal attack starts with a short leap thrusting the lower extremities at him then completing the attack its claws at his eyes.

Hercules is fighting a bunch of rats he starts biting them and swiping his claws to smash the resilient vermin with partial success. Meanwhile, the rats are climbing and jumping on him without fear of the monstrous beast, seems that all these creatures are in frenzy.

The situation seemed to be getting worse by the second. Between Hercules' rage full howls at fighting off the vermin, the monster bat creature trying to poke out his eyes and and the invading insects , Izaya knew that no mater how bad things were up here, his mentor and friends were facing worse things below.
The feel of the hard metal key between his fangs reminded him he had a mission to do, and all these things he faced were just distractions And he needed to hurry.

In a quick move Izaya used his cat like reflexes to dodge the incoming attack. Stepping sideways and leaped out of the way of the attacking monster.

As soon as his claws landed on the floor he would leaped in the air towards the direction of the Gate, jumping over the rats and other things on the floor, then running on all 4s as fast as he could to go open the gate with the key in his mouth. He can play with the batty-bitch later. He got shit to do.

Izaya waits for the pouncing creature to thrust forward and tried to leap over it and continue to the catacombs entrance.

Izaya's lightning like reflexes barely managed to dodge the fleshcrafter missile that flashed against him. As the creature howled in frustration as it passed below the Gangrel. While the creature landed on it's back and tried rapidly to stand up and run to Izaya that was already running toward the key hole and managed to quickly fit it in.

When Izaya turned on his heels the creature was already upon him, about to pounce again. Meanwhile, Hercules had killed almost every rat and crush more than half of the vermin around him, his frenzy was about to end with him exhausted and crippled due to the damage sustained.

Izaya growls, clenching the key in his jaws. The bat"s claws came way to close for his liking and ether out of sheer anger or reflex Izaya spun back of his heals to attack.
Hoping to use the approaching momentum of the monster to his advantage as it neared him.

With his claws at the ready, he swiped at the soft meat of the creatures wings. izaya knew he had to get this beast out of the air and fighting on his turf. And in his logic, a foe that relied on mostly aerial attacks would be no match for the kind of little monster Izaya was.
