Removal of the Confederate Flag Icon from the forum

Greetings all,

I've been following with great interesting the public demonstrations regarding the shocking and deplorable assassination of George Floyd. The racism as all other forms of hatred are irrational parts of our culture, therefore based on the darkest parts of our own souls: fear and contempt.

While World of Darkness explores the abyss within, including reproachable topics as hatred toward races, religions or simply random people, we do so to deal with it and learn how to control it, rather that inciting it to flourish and dwell in it. WhiteWolf Publishing made a very valid point regarding the #BlackLivesMatter campaign in solidarity but also acknowledging the problem and hoping for a solution, one that can really transform a system ruled by hatred and classism.

This forum is meant to be a sandbox, a playground where players can dive into Darkness hoping that exploring those concepts can give you a lesson about how destructive and wrong they are. Sadly, the world we live in is still plagued by this Darkness we portray, explore and play with here in this World of Darkness.

My humble contribution is simply removing the [Confederate Flag] from the website as is been a symbol of racism in the real world, where real humans are being killed by ignorance and hatred in the form of racism.
