The Shepherd's Tavern (Ahsad)

The Shepherd's Tavern was a big place, its cover was just that a Tavern with several enviroments that had from beer section to wine, live music and a gambling section to play cards and other top table games. Ahsad could feel the friendly enviroment that had the place, for men, all waitress were women and almost every person in the place was a male except for those women in their company, althought there were a few exceptions.

she goes to whomever seems to be in charge.
"Hello I called the other night, Id like to speak with mr. giovanni who is knowledgeable about ghost stories. i have an interesting tale to tell."

The bartender smiles to the woman and replies.
"Good evening miss, I'll pass your message.

Please take a sit, there is plenty of room. Would you like something to drink?"

About ten minutes later a small guy with a funny hat approached to Ahsad's table, he was smiling and walking funny like his legs were too short. Before taking a sit he offered his handfull-o-rings to Ahsad saluting and then sat in front of her.
"Hello... Hello... my friends call me 'Fingers' you can call me 'Mr. Giovanni' welcome to my tavern. So...

Who are you? and what are you doing here?"

Finger stood up from his chair and said.
"You're right. We should get to a private to talk about this. Come this way"

The midget guided Ahsad to a door in the back of the tavern, made of wood. It opened the path to a hallway that went downstairs, deep into the ground. That way they would eventually get to a private room where they could talk about important things.

"Thank you Dr. I'm glad you like it, and of course you're welcome here anytime... please come in" he said and invited her when they finally got to the room.

The chamber had no windows and felt cold, like the embrace of death was upon it. It had a big table with many sits, a carpet and four lamps, one in each corner and it also had a big landscape painting in the front wall. Finger took a sit and said.
"Ok... ok... well now we're in private. I agree to your deal, but first of all. Who are you from? names please."

She pauses.
"The Primogen Marshal suggested your establishment to speak to if thats what you mean?"

The midget just sits back in his chair and relaxing he says.
"Ok, then you have a deal Lady... but I don't like your deception skills, so please show yourself. I'm sure you like an honest deal as much as I do. Then I'll listen to your tale"

She drops the mask.
"As you can see I am somewhat new."

She tells him What she saw and heard that night regarding the encounter with the wraith minus where it happened in specific.

she took notes immediatly following the incident. she takes them out and reads them like a report.

The note pad note says:
"I'm a messenger of the deepest voice of the underworld, his Majesty has command me to notice to all of the dead that the Midnight Train is comming..

... in its cargo comes death and destruction, violence in flesh and bone, banishment from existance for all who live and those who not, it comes to free her brothers, it comes to turn this city to the Maw of Oblivion.

You have been warned undead, take this word to those you care for... MIDNIGHT TRAIN..."

Finger's eyes wided alot as Ahsad said her tale. He seemed very surprised. After a short paused after Patel ended her story he replies.
"The midnight train will have an stop here? that's certainly unexpected...

I don't know the full meaning of this Doc, but let me tell you this much, the Midnight Train its a ghost train, that made its stop to transport the dead from this world to the next one, and sometimes, back to this World. What you're telling me it's most unfortunate, and whatever it may mean, I'm sure of one thing. It means alot of trouble for us.

I'll be in touch, what's your number? or ... where I can reach you?"

"Well that is disturbing. Albiet so was the creature."
She writes down his interpretation on another page.
"Thank you ..Fingers?"
She writes out a cell number she designated for kindred use.
"I hope we can save our city." She smiles."Do you mind if I put on my face so to speak?"

Go on and dress up, I'll give you some room so you can concentrate. You're welcome to stay or leave, as you prefer, I have things to take care of... if you know what I mean" says while point the note pad.

Then he left the room.

Ahsad rotten skin full with pustules and imperfections started to changed, deceiving even her own eyes and convincing herself that she was nothing like it, that her can be whatever she wanted to be, and so in a psychological effort of hypnosis she manage to return to her human visage.

Alone in the room.
