Caern of the Sentinel

The Caern of the Sentinel is a caern in New York State, originally belonging to the Uktena, now under the control of the Get of Fenris. It is located at the peak of the Sentinel Mountain Range, in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. Its totem is Tijus-keha, an mysterious entity that only speaks in riddles.

In the late 1600s, Valka Great-thorn, a Get of Fenris, simultaneously attacked the Wyrm and Uktena forces who were fighting over the caern at the time. They were both defeated by the Get of Fenris, and the Get took over the caern, earning the undying hate of the Uktena. In the early 1700s the Uktena briefly recaptured it from the Get of Fenris with the help of the Shadow Lords. Shortly afterward the Uktena and Shadow Lords took to fighting and the Get of Fenris seized the caern once again. The caern has about 22 members. While the Get retain control of the caern, they have softened their policy on exclusive use by the Get, and they allow small groups of other tribes limited use.


It's leader and Warder Arn Guth Stormbright is Great-thorn's grand grand children, a Homid Ahroun Get of Fenris born in the 1940s, father of the metis twins Antigone and Aeschylus that were born from a secret affair between Bladetooth, a female Black Fury that fell to the claws of Stormbright The Conquerors war deeds and then ran in horror of the fate Stormbright would deliver to these innocent children, giving them to the Black Furies whom separated them at once.

Aeschylus also known as Pink Tom was born in 1970 with the birth marks of one of the Get, under the phase of the Philodox, Hairlessness due to his Metis condition and also a white supremacist. He does not know who his father is, but he suspects he is an important leader. His mannerisms, such as jutting his jaw and pursing his lips, are very much like Stormbright's bringing suspicious looks and gossips that motivate him to travel to America to find out the Truth about his birth.

Antigone on the other hand was born with the fur of the Black Furies and adopted by Grigorios Lykaios and Pelagia Lykaios, two of the Black Furies kinfolk under the light of the Galliard with Goat Horns on each side of head. To this day her only clue to her dark secret origin are premonitory dreams that have lead her to concluded is Gaia revealing her destiny to serve in New York City to fight against the Wyrm, also traveling to America to face her fate.

Both Garou found face to face with Stormbright the undeniable truth about their origin, causing the Old Leader and Wander to attack them on sight to clean his name and honor the Litany, under his own interpretation but Aeschylus was far younger and stronger than his father had ever been, also the smart Antigone blessed her now-met brother and protected him with the gifts of Gaia, leaving him to Duel their father and besting him in a fair fight in front of the whole Sept.

The battle costed the life of Arn Guth who was blessed in his dying breath by Gaia's mercy to give him peace in the afterlife, forgiving his children and recognizing both as Stormbright born. The Sept gathered and the Elders decided it was Gaia's will to fulfill their late Warder's will and allowed the Two Metis to lead the Caern from that day on. Aeschylus Stormbright was then titled Warder and his sister Master of Howl of the Sept.


Was new the Warder's will to open the Caern to the rest of the Nation, embracing the reality they were isolated from for so many years. Now the Sept is finally communicating with the rest of the Protectorate and allows non Get Garou into their premises for a short hospitality, ending almost a century of seclusion.
